Survey Issues...
Can I take the survey on my phone?
Yes, the survey is compatible on a mobile device, but taking it on a laptop or desktop is ideal.
I didn’t receive a link to the survey. What do I do?
Sometimes, Outlook automatically sorts incoming emails into specific folders. Please check for an email about the Wellness Advising Survey in your (1) spam/junk/clutter folder, (2) OTHER tab, as the email containing the link may have ended up there.
My link doesn’t seem to be working. What do I do?
Please make sure that you are opening the survey in either Google Chrome or Safari. If you are still experiencing issues with the link even in these browsers, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue!
I am getting questions on the survey that don’t apply to me. How do I answer them?
Please answer all questions that you are comfortable answering to the best of your ability. If you receive a question to which none of the answer options seem to apply to you, simply skip that question and continue with the survey, or otherwise choose the “not applicable” response option if available.
Can I restart the survey once I have already started?
Unfortunately, once you begin the survey using your individualized link, you cannot go back to the beginning of the survey. You may be able to return to a previous page up to a certain point, but you will be unable to start from the beginning. If you believe you answered a question incorrectly, there are open text boxes toward the end of the survey that you can use to clarify any responses that you believe may be incorrect!
I am experiencing an issue that is not captured in the questions above. What do I do?
Please send us an email at [email protected] with a description of the issue you are facing and anything you have already tried to fix the issue. We will do all we can to resolve the problem!

The gift card will come to your Loyola email address.
What is the gift card toward?
Once students complete the survey, we will work with university purchasing to send digital gift cards, most likely from Amazon.
